Software Care is designed to minimize the information needed to understand and care for your software.

Repository access

Initial discovery is read-only. We do not edit, run, or delete repository contents during discovery. Repository access is requested through the provider you choose and is limited to the permissions required for the current step.

What we retain

We retain account and workflow information needed to provide the service. Temporary discovery workspaces and provider tokens are intended to be short-lived and are not placed in agent prompts or logs.
